We do not sell a black-box chatbot with no logs. You get conversation history, basic analytics, and clear rules for when the bot must escalate. API costs for the included support window are covered as stated on the pricing page. After that, optional renewal keeps prompts, fixes, and API handling in place if you want it.

Is this just a chatbot widget?
No. We wire the agent to WhatsApp Business (and other channels by tier), train it on your content, capture leads, and define when a human must reply. A widget alone does not move leads into your sales process.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For production WhatsApp automation, yes. We help with integration. Number setup fees from Meta or your BSP are not included in the package price.
What languages do you support?
Urdu and English are standard. The agent follows the language the customer uses in the conversation where training covers both.
How long to launch?
Lite is typically about 2 weeks. Starter about 4 weeks. Pro about 6 weeks. Timelines depend on how fast you provide FAQs, documents, and channel access.
What happens when included support ends?
You can run the agent yourself or renew monthly at 9% of the package price you paid. Renewal covers prompt tweaks, fixes, and API cost handling as described on the pricing page. Cancel anytime.
